Tuesday, Feb. 14th

HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY!

Up at 5 a.m.

No CHOCOLATE FOR this gal.  Give me weight gloves instead *wink*

Did my Back & Delts.

Had to up weights again to get a burn for most exercises.

High cardio, stretched, home for food.

Tonight legs..  Hate those step-ups (sad face).

My food isn't going as smooth as I would like.  I prepare and then don't want it.  Need to find more variety that fits in the macronutrient circle.  Like a low fat pizza on low carb roll with chicken. LOL
