Up at 5...
Hit floor and pumped out 100 bicycles to start my day.
Long workday and I have LEGS tonight ouch...

LEGS went well..  Those step-ups are murder. 
Leg pressed up to 360 today.  Felt stronger but didn't want to overdo it.

Cardio low intensity day "yay"....

Slept well...
