FRIDAY 2/3/2012

Up at 5 a.m.

Thursday night workout went well.  Hardest part to me were the step-ups.  I'm sure its because after the leg presses (up to 360 easy) and the extension I was tired once I got to them.  Still banged out  3 sets using 15, 20 then 25 lbs DBs.  Yes, the burn was there...  Everything else was good but nice smooth and easy.

Strength still there not feeling drained.  No cardio... 

Ate post meal, showered and beddie bye!!!

Tonight just cardio. 

Chest/Arms Saturday, then Monday start routine all over....
