Saturday, Feb. 11th

Rested well.  Was up and in the gym by 6:40 a.m.

Today all attention on the LEGS (much needed).

I bust through my LEG workouts for I'm definitely gaining strength, but those STEP-UPS are cruel lol

All eyeballs on me as I did my leg presses.  I'm ONLY up to 410..  Is it because I'm a lady :-) 

Sumo DB Squats, I'm up to 80 lbs.  Need a weight guy just to give me my weights..LOL I miss that in my trainer!  I just stood there and he gave me the weights...

Thank you for low cardio days!  LOL
