Up at 5 a.m. and did 100 quick bicycles (abs thank me).

Eating off to work.

After last long day (overtime), home, dressed and headed for gym.  Tonight BACK & DELTS.

All exercises went well and I upped some by 2.5 to 5 lbs.  Definitely felt a different burn.

Did light cardio and out.
