Feb. 23 Thursday (REST)

Friday 24, Friday

No sleep last night...  Lost my pet of 9+ years.  Mind racing for the moment. 

Today is LEG day.. Somebody help me please...!  Trying to get my mind right for these step-ups.  I bought some weight straps hopefully that'll make it easier to hold the weights. 

Actually looking forward to gym time today.  Need to relieve some stress...  and focus once again.
