Got up early Saturday to complete 2 entire workouts (upper/lower). 

No problems once weights/benches were free..  whewwww

Feels good once over and not saying it didn't hurt.  Aching is 1/2 the battle and felt dam good going home!!

YAY!!!!

Did some abs to finish the workout off... :0)
