Wed, April 18th 2012

Up no abs today... 

Last night's workout "legs" was very intensed.  I couldn't believe I had me sweating like a pig as I focused more on walking lunges.  Had some guys in there trying to copy but were embarassed for what looks easy, really isn't.. hahahaha  They were leaning on machines with labored breathing.  I chuckled inside and kept doing my thing.  Its crazy how the strength kicks in and you don't really know when it happened. 

I will hit cardio during my lunch hour.  Stair mill time! 

Tonight I have "BACK/SHOULDERS"...  Love doing anything with back and upper...  :-)

Making this another great day!!!
