Up and knocked out 100 abs.

Late working week for me, so I'm focusing on doing cardio at work.  Then once I get home I can hit gym for an hour to do weights and be done. 

I ran 3.5 miles yesterday easily.  Wasn't winded or strugging at any point.  Did it within 35-40 minutes tops.

Last night was first go at it and it worked out perfectly.  Did Chest/Arms and bounced.  Feeling good and looking better.  Hard work = nice changes.
