Thursday -- April 5th beautiful rest day had.... Still did 100 ab exercises.

Friday - April 6, 2012

Up did 100 bicycles and now getting mind right for legs & cardio tonight.  Slow burn but I guess slow is better than no burn at all.  One day at a time.  I'm feeling good and definitely see my strength increasing.  Just want muscles to continue to grow as I lean out a bit.

I gotta fight for it.. grrrrrr
