Sunday April 8 (REST DAY)

I was feeling antsy, so I went out and ran 3.5 miles, abs and then walked my pooch.

Resting all day after early workout Saturday gave me mad energy on Sunday to get rid of...  That less than 35 minute run did my mind, soul and spirit very good..  I did 1 mile of nothing but wind sprints which are excellent for the quads/hamstrings/calves. 

Felt like a million and 2 bucks afterwards.. lol
