Up and knocked out various abs (100 all together).
Went running earlier (2.5 miles). 2 showers back-2-back seemingly is tiresome.. lol
Now once I get off I'm heading for gym to get my legs done. Not looking forward to it but of course it is a must. Once I get there I'm sure all will change. Those lunges/deadlifts and extensions just hurts me to think about them...
