Up early knocked out 100 abs exercises.
Gym time went well. I had legs and by me going solo for the next 2 weeks I had to be smart in choosing my weights. I did all that I thought were actually too heavy, wasn't quite heavy at all. My trainer was looking as he trained someone else and gave me the thumbs up. Said I was definitely stronger and more stable with walking lunges and bar/weights now. I did my leg extensions and my curls, etc. Felt so good at the end... Yes yes yes.. Bring it!
Mental note to self: get better camera for pictures this upcoming Friday. My camera isn't getting the actual body cuts and that's important. Vee is about to put me on the map and take my photos from here on!!! YAY
