Up did 100 abs.

Weekend was slow for I worked out Friday and didn't get to the gym Saturday.  However, Sunday I was there and did my shoulders/chest along with 45 mins of high intensed cardio. 

Tonight I get to do delts/biceps with cardio blast. 

Getting things back in order and the junk blinders are on!!!  Have to think like a BODYBUILDER now..  Come on muscles!!!
