Up and did my abs to start the day off right.

Last night I did the arms/shoulders that like to have crushed me.  Have to push self harder to get what's needed.  Back to solo is no joke but I know I'm capable of getting it done. 

Tonight legs and that's the real challenge.  My trouble area would be lower and I must whip it into shape if I'm to complete as early as the 4th of August.  I see some separation and quad action but need those hammies to come on along for the ride.  Trainer is on hold til the 1st of May...  Job calls and mandatory overtime is in the future so I must do what I must..  Will be working out after 8pm next week as well.

Have to work for it, if you want it..  I'm working and working hard!
