Up and mixed up 200 ab exercises to get me started.

Yesterday knocked out cardio and did BACK & DELTS/SHOULDERS.  Felt as if I never had Saturday and Sunday off.  Everything was tight and hurting again.  Got a freebie from a trainer that stretched me out.. 

Today I'll hit LEGS with trainer.  Basically he does all over but targets legs more.

Sleeping very well and feel strong.  I just want to be even better than my 1st show.  I thank God for my blessings thus far and those to come.  I just can't seem to get my lower stomach to flatten out these days.  In the past I never ever had any issues but now...hmmmmm  Just looks fat to me :-(
