Did 100 abs and headed out.

Overall feel strong and food goes way too fast for me..  

Trained with Vernetta last night.  We did legs with my trainer and let me just say I was DRAINED and so was she when we were done!  Nothing like a good strong hard workout and the legs drain me every single time. 

Tomorrow BACK & DELTS light cardio before going down for the count.
