Up and knocked out first set of 100 abs

Gym this evening for "LEGS"...  Should be getting easier but its not.  Stuff just aches and this is before the workout.. LOL

Ok, sucking it up and will get it done.  shew

Legs went very well but these guys LIGHT is more like HEAVY to me.. ugh 

Cardio and home...
