Rested well yesterday.  End up doing some fun Xbox dances for an hour with sisters.  That thing is a low cardio workout for me.  lol  I was sore and wanted to keep moving to get through it already.

This morning no abs just pushups and stretches...  My lower body is still aching from those legs on Tuesday and sure enough here the day is again for Legs (TONIGHT)...sigh 

I'm not afraid just will work through the soreness until its no more.  Suck it up and do what I must.  Tired but not from anything other than everyday living.  No complaints..  :0)
