Friday, March 23rd  (LEGS)

Up early since I was off and ran some errands.  Was able to get in some ab work.

Did legs and finished that last routine on a high note.  My legs were noodles once done but the workout was excellent.

Saturday , March 24th - No workout...  Life threw me a curve ball and I had to deal.

Sunday March 25th - Off
