Sat, 10th and Monday 12th

Up and hit the abs....

Hit gym Saturday and had a very good workout.  Chest & Arms which is a breeze for me now.

Monday hit the gym and workout with buddy Vernetta!  Man, we pushed each other and boy it was good stuff...  Did high intensity cardio and I was feel'n right...  LOL 

Tonight (TUESDAY) we are doing LEGS together with my trainer, since her trainer is injured.  I told her get ready because this dude is straight mad when it comes to legs...  I be hating him while doing them but my legs are coming in very nicely!!!!
