Up did 100 ab exercises.

Last night did the back and triceps.  I'm still feeling that workout, seriously.  Good stuff.

Cardio like to have killed me doing 45 minutes but I held strong.  Need to be outside running doing wind sprints verses inside on those boring machines.  Will make that happen very soon.

Tonight legs... Geesh here comes step-ups freak.  I hate them with a passion but know its part of the package.
