Sunday rest/ Monday 30 of April 2012

Hit gym and got in my Delts/Triceps..  Boy oh boy does those thing burn burn burn.. Veins pop'n out of skin and I'm looking at myself saying "who's this person...."  hahahaha 

Hit bike and did 40 minutes with 20 minutes of it being intervals.  I thought I was about to pass out at one point.. LOLOLOL  Soak to the bone as I fell off to get out of there and get some FOOD!!!

Bottom line is I really felt strong and good..  Just hate cardio/bike!  lol
