Up and knocked out 100 abs just because...

Last night did LEGS with trainer.  Googlie Freak Gooo that man is crazy!!!  Had me rep'n out and my legs felt like noodles!!!  Those sumo squats up to 100 lbs but slow.  I was look'n for something to fall on after I was done.  Legs press up to 6 plates on each side but high reps...  Why why why!  I'm get'n every single exercise/weight and he's lov'n it.  I think he's geek'n off my strength...hahahahahaha 

TODAY IS "REST" day for me baby!  Nothing will be going on especially with 90 carbs for the entire day!   Leave the the heck alone, seriously.  I feel MEAN ...lol

Overall strength is surging and look'n dam good...
