Up and knocked out 100 abs....
Tonight I do my DELTS/BICEPS. Will knockout cardio and take it home for food...
These days FOOD is more serious than I would've ever thought. I need ALL my meals. Keep the shakes and bars and give me straight FOOD!!!! hahaha Yes, right now I'm considered greedy!!! Need all my protein/carbs and veggies!!! That's on the real!
