Friday, May 4th

Did my 100 abs in the a.m.

Workout was good.  Did cardio and then off for food and bed.  Up super early Saturday for a 5:30 a.m. training LEG session.  Thought I was going to die but all went well.  Just still sore as hell but other than that its all good.

Life's good... :-)
