Sat., May 11th

Up hit floor and did abs getting ready for leg workout.

Leg workout was the beast!  I was doing step-ups on that big evil wooden block!!!  Front squats with 35lb plates sometimes stacked on top of each other.  Sumo squats with the bar and I told him do not tell me the pounds I was lifting.  I thought my traps were going to stay erect after lifting...  Did various other leg work and then was done after 50 minutes of torture...ugh

Ran on the treadmill for 45 minutes and bounced...

Sunday much needed rest on MOTHER'S DAY :-)
